THE GRAND EXPANSION

The Hotel Hershey celebrates its 75th Anniversary with a multi-year $67 million building campaign known as “The Grand Expansion.” Along with dramatic upgrades to the Hotel’s front entrance, the expansion will add a new recreation area, year-round ice-skating rink, multi-pool swimming complex with an infinity-edge pool, 130-seat restaurant, and 10 new luxury guest cottages and one meetings cottage.

The Cottages

Bordering dense Pennsylvania woods with nearby walking and fitness trails, these spacious and multi-bedroom guest cottages will comprise the Hotel's premium accommodations. They will offer all the luxuries of contemporary living. Interiors will feature marble bathrooms and native stone hearths exuding an intimate cottage grandeur. Guests have the option of renting individual bedrooms, or reserving the entire cottage which includes a multi-functional great room.

Guests of The Cottages will enjoy larger bedrooms and sweeping views from the comfort of rocking chairs on the front porch. Each guest cottage will also feature a private outdoor entrance along with the luxurious amenities and professional service of The Hotel Hershey.

The Meeting Cottage, located between the Guest Cottages, will provide corporate groups and professional associations with a convenient meeting space deliberately removed from the activity of the main hotel. The Meeting Cottage will be noted for its privacy, staff attentiveness, and easy access to the restaurants and accommodations of the main hotel.

The Pool Complex will offer guests a stunning aquatic facility divided into a lap pool for adults, a kiddie spray pool, and a family pool with two large slides. Cabanas and beach-chairs will line the pool’s edge, offering swimmers the chance to relax with a refreshing poolside drink.
